Where are you located?
We’re located waterside within the Rotary Park (231 Main St.) in Shediac, NB – next to the world’s largest lobster. See you there!
What are your operating hours and season?

What happens if the weather is bad?
What is your cancellation policy?
We get it plans change! Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
- 72+ hours in advance: Full refund
- 24–72 hours in advance: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund
Exceptions may apply for unsafe weather conditions, in which case we may offer a rental credit at our discretion.
Can a child or pet ride with me?
Yes, children are welcome just make sure anyone under 16 years old is accompanied by a parent or guardian, and that everyone wears a life jacket.
As for pets, it depends on the type of equipment and current conditions. Please ask our team before your rental to confirm if it’s safe to bring your furry friend along.

Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all participants must sign a liability waiver before renting any equipment.
If you’re 18 or older, you’ll sign your own waiver.
Participants under 18 will need a parent or guardian’s consent. The waiver covers safety rules, equipment use, and acceptance of risks related to water activities.
How early do I need to arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time. This gives us enough time to check you in, go over safety instructions, and get you set up with your gear so you can make the most of your time on the water!
What do I need to bring?
You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card for check-in and security deposit purposes.
Optional but recommended:
- Swimwear or quick-dry clothing
- Towel, sunscreen, and water bottle
- Water shoes or sandals
We provide all the necessary gear, including your life jacket.
Forgot something? No worries, we have select items available for purchase on site.
Are bathrooms available?
What happens if I return the equipment late or damaged?
You’re responsible for the equipment while it’s in your possession.
- Late returns will be charged at the regular hourly rental rate.
- Damaged, lost, or stolen gear will be charged at full retail replacement value, including any repair costs.
Please return all equipment clean and on time to avoid extra fees.
